**New opportunity not to be missed** **Breezemount **are leading providers of 2-person home delivery services - we are now recruiting for a **IT Assistant** to join the team. Working on a full time, permanent basis, you will receive a salary of between **£26,000 and £28,000 per annum**.

**The Role**

The role involves providing IT and development support to the Head of IT and the wider business. The main focus of the role is to provide IT hardware and user support, however cyber security will also perform a big part of this role.

The role will also include
- Setting up and maintaining IT hardware and network infrastructure
- Liaising with a 3rd party support company to resolve general IT software issues
- Managing the EPOD hardware estate through SOTI and 3rd parties
- Monitoring Cyber Security
- Record Maintenance
- Assisting the Head of IT with new projects.
- IT asset management
- Assisting with production and analysis of business data.

**The IT Assistant Shifts**:
The role is a full time, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:00.

**The ideal IT Assistant**:

- Good level of general IT knowledge
- Experience working in an IT support Environment
- Ability to troubleshoot and work under own initiative
- Ability to effectively time manage and meet deadlines in line with department requirements.
- Flexible to meet the requirements of the role. Travel to other UK depots with overnight stay will be required on occasion (expenses and hotel stay paid)
- Full UK driving license and own transport
- A willingness to learn and contribute to IT business plan
- MS SQL Server
- Knowledge of mobile phone and tablet operating systems. i.e Android/Google, Apple IOS
- Experience managing a mobile estate using Soti
- Knowledge of Cisco Meraki Network Equipment
