An opportunity has arisen to join our friendly, enthusiastic, and hard-working Customer Services Team which is part of the Customer Experience and Digital service.

We are the first point of contact for many of the Council’s customers and are committed to providing them with the highest quality service. We believe the key to achieving this is to recruit motivated, committed individuals, with the right knowledge and skills to be able to make a difference.

This role will suit an outgoing individual with a positive attitude, who has experience of working within a dynamic and challenging customer service environment. Dealing with a diverse community as well as our business customers, you must have excellent communication and customer care skills.

You will be competent in the use of IT systems/Microsoft Office and will be comfortable and confident with digital services. A minimum of 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade 4 or grade C or above, including Maths and English is required.
