**About the role**

We're looking for a Customer Assurance Assistant to join our high performing Customer Service Team at Plumer House on a temporary role for up to 12 months (maternity cover). In this vital customer service position, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of the PCH complaints process, collaborating with both staff and customers across the organisation. This is your chance to make a real difference for our customers and PCH's performance while building valuable experience in a supportive and rewarding role.

**Operational Hours**:Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00**

As a Customer Assurance Assistant, you will contribute to a positive customer experience by monitoring and accurately recording customer feedback, providing information and guidance, and ensuring every interaction enhances the customer journey.

- excels as a first point of contact, ensuring every customer feels heard and valued
- is experience in working with discretion and sensitivity, ensuring confidentiality.

- is organised and detail-oriented, ensuring that accurate records are maintained and deadlines are met.
