**Job Title **Legal Structurer - Cross Product Structuring

You will work within the Cross Product Structuring team within the Fixed Income and Currencies division of the Investment Bank. Working closely with the wider structuring, trading and coverage teams the role will involve structuring new and amended transactions via the Repack platform and primarily providing legal expertise. In addition, you will provide legal analysis of applicable laws, regulations and guidelines impacting the platforms, and ensure ongoing compliance with respect to the existing and future portfolios of transactions.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Working within the Cross Product Structuring team you will be primarily responsible for providing legal advice and solutions on issues impacting the Special Purpose Vehicles (SPV) Repack platform
- Forming part of deal team alongside colleagues within wider structuring, trading and coverage teams on specific transactions where a legal structuring specialist is required

**Your skills and experience**
- Fully qualified lawyer educated to Bachelor’s degree level (or equivalent qualification) and relevant work experience
- Experience of working in a law firm specialising in structured finance transactions and ideally, a banking environment
- Experience and detailed knowledge of various issuance platforms, and applicable laws, regulations and guidelines impacting them
- Experience of SPV transactional documentation, and preferably a technical knowledge of the industry adopted Single Platform Investment Repackaging Entity (SPIRE) vehicle and its documentation framework
- Ability to work in a fast pace environment and to prioritise a large workload to meet time pressing deadlines
