After further completion of relevant RMT courses and increased length of service there is a potential to earn up to £31,412

*Sleep-ins paid at an extra £78.48 per night

This role can be both physically/emotionally demanding, and you must have the confidence/patience to adapt to the challenging behavious that the young people can present. The role is also extremely rewarding as you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact to the lives of young people in our care.

**In order to be successful in this role you will**:

- Have a strong desire to support young people, have excellent observational skills, and the ability to problem solve and think creatively to enable our young people to reimagine their potential
- Be a patient, caring, compassionate with a young person centered nature
- Demonstrate the ability to manage emotionally challenging situations, be a team player with experience of support work in both educational and residential settings
- Emotional intelligence and resilience with the ability to react calmly in stressful situations
- Be able to work flexible hours as this role works predominantly evenings, weekend and sleepovers on a rota basis
