**THE POST - **Marketing Business Partner**

The Marketing and Student Recruitment team at University of the West of Scotland has a requirement for an experienced, creative and enthusiastic Marketing Business Partner.

You will have a strong track record in developing, managing and implementing innovative marketing and communication plans. Your approach will be insight and data-led and informed by market analysis.
- Degree, or equivalent relevant and practical work experience.
- Substantial experience of developing and managing innovative marketing and communication plans tailored to diverse stakeholder needs and in line with an organisation’s strategic plan
- Experience of using research, analytics and evaluation of marketing activities to inform and support creative concepts and decision-making
- Demonstrable experience of proactively identifying opportunities to build organisational reputation through strategic marketing programmes
- Experience of providing specialist advice and guidance with respect to marketing approaches, especially at a senior level or to those with non-marketing backgrounds
- Track record of effectively project-managing internal and external resources, including writing clear and effective briefs and monitoring progress to deliver on budget and on time
