**What you will be doing**

You will join an inclusive, supportive team that works well together to provide care to people with neurological or mental health conditions. Whether you have experience as a Healthcare or Care Worker, you will use your knowledge and skills to help supportpeople to lead a valued and fulfilled life.

It can be quite a challenging environment at times, so a positive attitude, compassion, resilience and vigilance are important. But it is hugely rewarding to see people improve; being able to do something today that they couldn’t do last week because ofyou.

The shift patterns include working nights and weekends,12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week.

Join the team at St Neots Hospital providing care, therapeutic and rehabilitation pathways for those affected by a neurological or mental health condition for which challenging behaviour may be the leading impairment.

St Neots Hospital is located in the centre of town and provides assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and complex care for both males and females suffering from a broad range of neurological conditions, which is provided by a highly experienced team basedon site.
