Froth and Mallow is seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join our team as a Barista Maestro
**About Froth and Mallow**:
Froth and Mallow is a specialty coffee and dessert bar conveniently located within walking distance of Wood Green, Turnpike Lane, Hornsey, and Alexandra Palace stations.
The position is scheduled to start approx 18th April 2025.
We require someone that has worked as a Barista for a minimum of 1 year.
This will be a two part interview process. If you are successful in the first past you will be invited in store to demonstrate:
how to dial in coffee; coffee brewing, extraction techniques and going on to
show case your advanced milk texturing skills. and latte art. The coffee machine Froth and Mallow use is the Sanremo F18 we have two grinders:
Mahlkonig E80 supreme and
Sanremo SR50 on demand
Here are some of the
**Responsibilities**:
- ensure everything is running smoothly.
*mentor and train all staff, the team is new and looking for leadership, you will come and quickly look to learn the menu, which comprises of and artisan coffee menu, coolers, frappes, smoothies, shakes, and a whole lot more.
- implement strong work ethics, promote teamwork, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
- Deliver warm, friendly, and efficient service, resolving customer issues discreetly to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Ensure all Barista made dinks are consistent and inline with our Brand Standard.
- Drive sales by training the team on menu changes/new products.
*A natural talent to multitasking and have a hard-working attitude.
- Food safety and hygiene level 2 required, but level 3 desired or can be completed upon acceptance of job position.
*Must have daytime and weekend availability.

Pay: £14.45-£15.60 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 45 per week
