**The opportunity**:
We're looking for an Integration Platform Manager to join our team in the API & Marketplaces department within GTO Global Digital Platform. We need someone to help us support the adoption, growth, and operation of Integration Platforms across Zurich with a focus on Global Digital Platforms.

**What will you be doing?**
- Develop and implement a follow-the-sun model for our shared API platform, so it can support activity across the group 24/7.
- Support Program Delivery in adopting GDP Platforms and provide technical expertise, acceleration, and governance.
- Work with integration architecture teams to onboard new business units and develop capabilities that enhance Zurich's API landscape.
- Take ownership of the platform, including managing the commercial model, cost centre, and contract management.
- Engage and align with key stakeholders to promote the integration platform and its benefits.
- Work closely with BU Integration teams to provide support throughout program execution.
- Be an evangelist for the Shared API Platform and associated services.
- Ensure the platform evolves to meet client needs and maintains a robust, secure, and high-quality API landscape.

**What are we looking for?**
- Experience in Integration Platforms, including Mulesoft.
- Knowledge of API Policy and Governance (Product Management Practices).
- Familiarity with Agile/DevOps (ADO, Jira, etc.) for program delivery.
- Proven track record of delivery across platforms and teams.
- Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical audiences.
- Experience in developing operational models to support multiple business units.
- Strong knowledge of integration patterns and best practices, including dashboards and monitoring.
- Ability to work with partner business units to develop a follow-the-sun model.
- Proficiency in managing contractual relationships with vendors, specifically Mulesoft, and associated budgets.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to engage internal stakeholders and external supplier networks.
- People management experience in a matrix environment, with the ability to work across different teams.
- Passion for driving innovation and expanding the portfolio to cover strategic GDP topics.
