JOB TITLE: Residential Property Lawyer
PQE: 3+ PQE
LOCATION: Hereford
SALARY: £DOE
THE ROLE:
A hard-working and a talented Residential Property Lawyer is sought after to join an established team in the Hereford office. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have a proven track record of advising on all aspects of residentialproperty transactions and be looking for a high quality caseload where you can see your career flourish. The residential conveyancing team has a wealth of expertise which covers the broad remit of residential conveyancing including help to buy, remortgages,sales and purchases, transfer of equity and new build matters.
THE CANDIDATE:
With an already strong reputation in the market for the services they provide, the successful Residential Property Solicitor or Legal Executive will have at least 3 years PQE in handling their own caseload of residential property matters. You will be lookingfor a friendly and supportive practice which offers a professional working environment and a high quality caseload. Handling the whole conveyancing process from start to finish, you will be well positioned to advise on all types of residential transactionalthough support and training is available for those who need to progress. With 3 years’ experience gained within a reputable practice you will have gained exposure to various residential property transactions including sales and purchases of leasehold andfreehold properties, remortgages, transfer of equity, help to buy and new build matters.
