Jungle Rumble & One Under Golf - Head of Operations

What will the role involve?
- Oversee all operational aspects of our sites, from customer service and food & beverage to facility maintenance, health & safety and team development.
- Developing and implementing plans to streamline operations for a better guest experience and increase profits.
- Build and manage high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment. Whilst creating a company culture we can be proud of encouraging progression and brand loyalty.
- Analyze operational data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven strategies to boost efficiency and profitability.
- Driving change. We're constantly evolving, and you'll be at the forefront, driving innovation and implementing new ideas to keep Jungle Rumble/ One Under competitive in an ever-changing marketplace.
- Communication champion: You'll be the bridge between departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across the entire operation.

What we are looking for
- Established operations leader with at least 5 years management experience in a fast-paced environment. Currently at Area Manager level or above.
- Confident in pulling together and implementing SOP’s for venues to ensure we have a set brand standard for sites that are currently operating independently
- Proven track record of success in building and motivating high-performing teams.
- Data-driven problem solver with a knack for analysing and implementing improvements.
- Innovation enthusiast who thrives on thinking outside the box.
- Excellent communicator who can build rapport with diverse teams and stakeholders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £40,000.00-£75,000.00 per year
