**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist with accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks.
- Manage day to day invoicing.
- Managing the payroll for the organisation on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and reconcile bank statements to ensure all transactions are accounted for.
- Support month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
- Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding financial transactions and account statuses.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations across the organisation.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in an accounts assistant or similar role is preferred but not essential.
- Familiarity with accounting software such as Sage, Xero, or QuickBooks is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, to liaise with team members and stakeholders.

Pay: £24,497.00-£25,249.00 per year
