**Job Summary**

We are looking for an exceptional Marketing Executive who will be responsible for driving the Marketing Strategy for Gold Care Homes and has marketing experience. The individual will be responsible for delivering the set marketing strategies as well as strengthening our brand profile and will be assisting with developing content to optimize our digital channels.

**As a Marketing Executive, you will be working closely with the senior management team and will be responsible for**:

- Supporting the marketing team to drive online & offline brand awareness campaigns.
- Execute the set-out marketing plans including campaigns.
- Engage and work closely with care homes to gather and produce newsworthy stories visual storytelling for our blogs.
- To work cohesively with other departments, home managers, regional managers and directors across the orginisation on marketing activities that will increase occupancy rate within the homes.
- to implement marketing initiatives within budget and ensure that competitive rates are always negotiated with external suppliers.
- Create and maintain google business accounts and other third party online channels for each of our care homes.
- Assist to oversee social media and other relevant review sites.
- Responsible for assisting with events and awards.

**You'll have**
- Responsible for assisting with events and awards.
- Some previous experience in marketing, at least 1 year
- Experience of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communications skills.
- Attention to details.
- Ability to work within set budgets and meet strict deadlines.

**Desirable, but not required**:

- Knowledge of the Care Sector
- Worked in hospitality
