As a Gatehouse Security Officer, your tasks will be:

- Ensuring only authorised personnel are given access to the site.
- Welcoming, helping and directing those who seek your assistance, identifying any threat to security and escalating appropriately.
- Working collaboratively with our Client to identify risk and review CCTV recordings as part of stock loss investigations.

Variable shift rota as follows:

- Week 1: 5:00am - 12:00pm
- Week 2: 12:00pm - 19:30pm

You are the one we are looking for, if you have proven experience as a Security Officer and a full 5 years checkable employment history. You can demonstrate the confidence, drive and determination. You have the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle conflicts in a professional manner. You have excellent communication skills, as you may need to provide detailed verbal and written accounts of criminal activity. Please bear in mind that you must be a resident in the UK for 5 years for SC clearance. You hold a valid SIA licence as well as a First Aid Certificate and have your own vehicle, because commuting by public transport early mornings can be challenging otherwise.
