YSA Education are currently looking for recruit learning mentors to work in an SEND School in Nuneaton.

Your role will be to support and motivate children and young people experiencing difficulties with their learning. You will work with children and young people on a group or one-to-one basis, providing support, motivation and guidance to help pupils overcome obstacles to their learning.
- some experience of working with children or young people
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- excellent listening skills.
- empathy and emotional intelligence.
- the ability to think on your feet and be flexible.
- the ability to support people from a range of backgrounds.
- organisational skills.
- a DBS certificate on the update service or be willing to obtain
- a relevant qualification would be advantagious but not always necessary depending on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary contract, Part-time

**Salary**: £70.00-£90.00 per day

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Nuneaton: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
