Brick Lane Bagel Chingford is a small Grab & Go that prepares and sells fresh Bagel Sandwiches and Coffees to retail and online customers. Looking for someone experienced to manage all aspects of the shop, is enthusiastic who has a passion for good food and drink, and excellent customer service. We have a lovley team of 4 to 7 staff working. Shift hours are generally 8 or 10 hours between 8.00am and 8:30pm. The role involves till work, customer service, working with food including making sandwiches and more. A passion for good customer service and consistent quality. Applicants must be friendly, reliable and organized, good at Leading and working in a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead all aspects of the shop including: Food Hygenie and Related Administration, Food Quality and Prepartion, Customer Service, Staff Magement, Stock Control and Management, Reporting.
- Prepare food in a timely manner according to customers' needs and preferences.
- Be able to explain the menu to customers and wait staff.
- Lead and Work as part of a team.
- Use good judgement when dealing with customers, visitors, families, and co-workers.

**Experience**:

- Hospitality: 2 year minimum (preferred)
- customer service: 2 year minimum (preferred)
- Cafe: 2 year minimum (preferred)
- Food and Hygene Level 2 (preferred)
