At Green by Nature, we’re more than just a greenspace maintenance team—we’re passionate about enhancing and preserving the natural beauty of the spaces we care for. Since 1992, we’ve grown into an industry leader with over 800 team members nationwide, proudly partnering with 15 Councils and numerous valued clients. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a dedicated Mower Operator to join our team on a fixed-term contract until June 2025.

**About the Role**:
As a Mower Operator, you’ll be responsible for keeping green spaces in top condition. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Operating ride-on and push mowers to maintain lawns and landscaped areas
- Weed eating, edging, and blowing to ensure a clean and polished finish
- Performing basic maintenance on mowing equipment to keep everything running smoothly
- Completing all work to the highest standard, with safety as a top priority—for yourself, your team, and the public

**What We’re Looking For**:
If you have experience operating ride-on mowers or small plant equipment, that’s a bonus—but it’s not essential. We’re looking for someone who loves working outdoors, has a strong work ethic, and is eager to learn.
- A full, current driver’s licence with manual capability (Class 2 is a plus)
- A passion for working outdoors and taking pride in high-quality work
- Basic computer and smartphone skills (beneficial but not essential)
- A strong commitment to health and safety standards
- A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn
