- Provide exceptional, professional customer support ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage and own customer care cases from to start to completion
- Resolve product or service problems
- Respond promptly to customer queries
- Be a product expert to provide insightful advice and answer any questions
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints, providing regular reports
- Communicate and coordinate with other teams when necessary

**Person Specification**:

- Previous experience in a telephone based customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Keen eye for detail
- Confident telephone manner
- Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Excellent problem solving skills and receptive to change
