The Private Patients Unit is seeking an experienced Private Patients Administration Coordinator with excellent communication skills who is customer focused with previous private outpatients coordination and administration experience preferably within a NHS environment. Reporting to the Assistance Service Manager and accountable to the Private Patients Service Manager, you will be responsible for administering the Private Patients Unit’s outpatients’ services and reception daily functions.

Working a variable rota that runs Saturdays to Mondays from 7am to 8pm, you will be responsible for manning the outpatients’ reception and carrying out the daily administrative functions including bookings. You will engage with; patients, consultants and external providers as well as staff members across all other departments within the wider trust to provide them with world class care customer service. You will be responsible for covering for the Private Patients Administration Coordinator
- Inpatients/Enquiries/Radiology across all sites where PPU operates during periods of annual leave etc.

You will have a working knowledge of Compucare, Cerner, CRIS, EDRM, IRRIS, EPR and Microsoft Office
