We are Lloyds Bank Foundation for England and Wales, an independent charitable trust funded by the profits of Lloyds Banking Group. We partner with small and local charities that help people overcome complex social issues such as mental health, homelessnessand domestic abuse.
Through funding for core costs, developmental support and influencing policy and practice, we help those charities make a life-changing impact.
We are now seeking a Grants Officer to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

**The Role**
You will review monitoring reports to ensure charities receive the best possible service and contribute to working groups on funding priorities and grant making criteria. Monitoring the progress of mentoring partnerships between Lloyds Banking Group and charitiesfunded by the Foundation, you will also process Matched Giving claims from Lloyds Banking Group colleagues.
Additionally, you will:

- Process invoices
- Accurately enter and manage data on our grant management system
- Provide administrative support for meetings
- Proactively identify and implement feedback from our service users
- Produce and analyse data extracted from our database and manipulated in Excel
**About You**
To be considered as a Grants Officer, you will need:

- Previous experience of the voluntary sector
- Experience of customer service
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work flexibly across a busy workload
- To be a team player with the ability to create positive working relationships
