**JOB DESCRIPTION**

Mitie has an exciting opportunity for a Mobile Response Security Supervisor to join the Total Security Management Team.

Working primarily Monday to Friday, the Operations Supervisor will day-to-day coordinate the operation ensuring all tasks are completed, Officers supported, and any issues resolved.

This will include but not limited to:

- _Ensure that all requested jobs are booked, using the systems provided in a timely manner _
- _Ensure all operational personnel perform to highest standards of quality and customer service and in accordance with company policy. _
- _Attend site set up meetings when required and ensure that all relevant information is obtained_
- _Complete and manage the customer AI's process_
- _Recruit and retain correct establishment levels to ensure service capabilities_
- _Ensure all operational personnel receive relevant training for their role in accordance with Company policy, including induction._
- _Ensure vehicles are maintained to the relevant standards and kept in a clean and presentable state._
- _Manage customer requirements through provision of visit reports, beat sheets where required_
- _Ensure all contracted SLAs are met and customers are fully satisfied by service._

**Qualifications**:

- Literate and numerate
- Knowledge of Mobile Services is desirable, however not essential.
- Smart appearance and presentation
- Resilient and tenacious
- “Can do” approach
- Flexible and adaptable
- Good communicator - verbal and written
- Driving licence essential
- Able to work alone

**Note**:
