**When you'll be working**:

- Waking night shifts (10pm-7am)
- Day shifts (10am-2pm)
- Part time or Full time available
- You will be working predominantly nights, but must be flexible to do days
- Contracted hours available

**What you'll be doing**:
This role is to monitor and support our young client in their family home overnight. This will involve personal care, medication, moving and handling and managing clinical equipment.
