**Influencer Outreach Consultant, UK**:
London or Manchester

At a stage of hypergrowth LTK is looking for a driven, well connected influencer space person to join its effort to scale out the platform to new creators. This person is someone who understands how to advocate and clearly explain the mutual value of creator driven commerce to influencers.

In this role you will work in a newly formed creator expansion team. The task will be to handle the opening of the LTK conversations for new influencers from prospecting, building effective outreach tactics to ensuring an impressive first hand experience for new influencers and converting them into LTK advocates.

In this role, your job is to be the face of LTK bringing in new influencers to the LTK platform. You will be measured based upon the following goals:

- Be the face of LTK for bringing in new talent, forging unbreakable relationships with key influencers across your territory
- Achieve your quarterly and annual targets for new influencer acquisition
- Hold black book of influencer contacts and ability to network in the influencer scene
- Maintain consistently strong personal relationships alongside strong performance at 100% of your year-to-date goals
- Track all activities, notes and contacts in the LTK CRM
- Analyse and report back findings that identify outreach opportunities and trends
- You will be expected to spend 90% of your time each week scoping opportunities, building a contact matrix, meeting with new influencers.

Duties & Responsibilities
- Build the best in class onboarding experience and 1:1 touchpoint for new LTK influencers.
- Grow LTKs UK influencer portfolio by identifying and onboarding new, active, high impact influencer to the LTK ecosystem
- Create a pipeline of prospects based across the UK/IE
- Showcase how LTK can help drive business impact to an influencers business
- Act as a funnel for the influencer team, meeting setting to hand over influencer opportunities for LTK
- Use an entrepreneurial mindset to manage and drive the success of your territory
- Maximise brand awareness, educate influencers on LTK opportunities, and work with influencer internal teams to drive an influencer down the funnel from a prospect to an established partner
- Priotitise and manage coverage of your key areas to maximise growth opportunities in your territory
- Plan and track your influencer acquisition ensuring all regional UK/IE territories are covered - visiting as frequently as required.

**Requirements**:

- Influencer connections, preference for those in influencers, talent agencies or social platform etc
- You excel in a dynamic and fast-paced setting, with a strong desire to increase revenues exponentially every year, consistently achieving ambitious revenue goals.
- You have a passion for advertising, social data, influencer campaigns, and analytics
- You are a confident presenter and can serve as a trusted advisor to top tier creator prospects
- Pro-active and curious by nature who prospects with a custom, solutions-oriented approach focused on LTK initiatives and metrics for success
