**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Ensure assets, job numbers etc. are correctly allocated in line with job requirements.
- Ensure all goods receipt and despatch notes are completed accurately in line with procedures and forwarded at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure all equipment is stored in designated areas of the yard.
- Ensure all goods movement through the yard is recorded accurately to enable tracking and ensure the control of costs.
- Ensure that all Client owned equipment is identified, checked against the delivery notes & the relevant personnel are informed of its arrival/return.
- Ensure that all status labels are being used correctly.
- Ensure that all third party equipment is checked against the returns note prior to delivery back to the vendor.
- Ensure all equipment returned is located & reported in line with equipment returns requirements.
- Ensure all goods receipt notes are completed accurately in line with procedures and forwarded at the earliest opportunity.
- Ensure the necessary equipment maintenance is carried out as per the required procedures.
- Ensure that all Company equipment has a clean and tidy appearance in order to give the correct impression to the Client.
- Ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standard at all times.
- In the absence of the Yard Charge hand carry out the daily toolbox talk.

**KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Relevant experience in yard operations.
- Attain the training and competency level outlined in the Company matrix.
- Strong interpersonal skills including listening and oral communication.
- Flexible and willing to handle a wide variety of responsibilities.
- Anticipates future situations and plans ahead to meet them.
- Able to work proactively with minimum day to day supervision.
