Job Title: Housekeeping and Laundry Assistant

Location: London

Type: Full-time, Live-out

**Salary**: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum

Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Cleaning and organising guest rooms to impeccable standards.
- Managing laundry duties, including washing, ironing, and maintaining linen inventory.
- Ensuring adequate stock levels of housekeeping supplies are maintained.
- Welcoming and guiding visitors, providing tours of the properties as needed.
- Dusting, polishing, and maintaining furniture and fixtures.
- Deep cleaning and sanitising bathrooms and kitchen areas according to established maintenance schedules.
- Promptly reporting any breakages, damages, or safety concerns for timely repairs.

Additional Duties:

- Running errands and assisting with wardrobe management.
- Assisting chefs with minor service tasks and occasional shopping duties.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience working with UHNWI or in a similar high-profile household environment.
- Excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in handling fabrics, fixtures, and fittings with care and expertise.
- Ability to read situations and adapt to the needs of the family and their guests.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally as required.

Pay: £40,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
