**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Operate basic hand tools and machinery as required
- Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to safety protocols
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople in their tasks as needed
- Perform manual labour tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a labour-intensive role is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong physical fitness and stamina for manual tasks
- Willingness to learn new skills and techniques
- Good communication skills to follow instructions effectively
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus
