**What We’re Looking For**

To be considered, you’ll need:

- **At least 12 months of telesales experience in one role** (within the last 3 years).
- A proven track record of meeting **sales targets**.
- A passion for sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences.

**Your Schedule**
- Monday - Thursday: 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Friday: 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
- **No weekends**

**What You’ll Be Doing**

As a **Customer Sales Advisor**, you’ll connect with a variety of customers to offer peace of mind through our insurance products. Your day-to-day will include:

- Making outbound calls to **existing and lapsed customers**.
- Upselling insurance to protect customer appliances.
- Building strong customer relationships by understanding their needs.
- Delivering tailored solutions that put customers first.
