We have a unique opportunity for a Communications Coordinator to join Northpoint. This role will work across our Leeds and Halifax offices to support in the delivery of our communications strategy, and as such the location is flexible. You will join us on a part-time basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

**What you will be doing as our Communications Coordinator**:
This is an exciting opportunity within our growing Business Development Team for a Communications Coordinator. Joining us at a pivotal time, this new role offers the unique opportunity to shape the position and enjoy a high level of autonomy, while working collaboratively with a dedicated team.
You’ll play a key part in supporting the Communications Manager to execute our communications strategy, ensuring our services effectively contribute to improving the mental health system, while supporting the growth of our organisation. Our communications strategy has been designed to support our organisational strategy, driving forward our vision of a world that supports good mental health for all.
You’ll be involved in both external and internal communications, from creating compelling content for social media and our staff intranet, to collaborating on stakeholder engagement initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to dynamic and impactful communication efforts that support the growth of our organisation.
This role is ideal for a proactive, ambitious individual with a passion for content creation and some industry experience.

**What are we looking for in our ideal Communications Coordinator**:

- At least one-year prior experience of internal/external communications or marketing
- Proven ability of communicating confidently with both internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstratable track record of producing compelling content across a range of contexts and audiences
- Background of managing social media accounts, including Twitter/X and LinkedIn
- Confident communicator with willingness to lead, as well as actively participate, in meetings
- Proficient in using SEO techniques to enhance content visibility and performance
- A keen eye for detail with exceptional proofreading skills
