**Warehouse Supervisor**

Menzies Distribution are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team, providing a first class service based in Droitwich. You’ll be working on behalf of Menzies Distribution Limited and its customers. The main purpose of the role is to manage & support an effective operational process, which ensures accurate integrity of Customer /Suppliers Stock and Data Input. Also ensuring that all operational processes and compliances are adhered to.

- The Salary for this role is £35k Per Annum
- The role is working Monday to Friday, 15:00 to 01:00
- The holiday allowance is 33 per annum inclusive of bank holidays
- Parking Onsite
- The Pay is Monthly

**An average day in the life as a Warehouse Supervisor**
- Establish, monitor and maintain agreed performance levels for all warehouse activity
- Liaise, support and develop effective working relationships with internal and external customers
- Coordinating the use of automated and computerised systems where necessary
- Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported
- Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site
- Ensuring efficient and effective delivery and implementation of all aspects of Clients operational requirements
- Maintenance and management of WMS
- Organising Training activities/scheduling
- HACCP awareness
- BRC awareness
- Effectively controlling goods in and goods out
- Quality Control
- Unloading and loading of vehicles
- Maintain a safe working environment which complies with aspects of the company H&S procedures
- Monitor agreed performance levels for all warehouse/related activity
- Promoting an effective working environment building a diverse, well
- balanced team.
- Ensure all environmental control measures are in place and are effective
- Work closely with the site, customer and supplier stock teams ensuring clarity and consistency in all we do
- Strong system control, ensuring adjustments are fully understood and reported
- Ensure efficient flow of stock throughout the site
- Communicate effectively with all departments on site

- Manage a team of 10 people
- Responsible for H&S on shift
- Manage Absence, Holidays, performance, and disciplinary where appropriate
- Manage KPI's and all shift related paperwork and reports
- To remain calm and logical when solving problems in a fast passed environment
- Team player working closely with Customer Service and Transport
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- A professional manner
- Good computer literacy (Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Good 'people skills' for working with a range of colleagues and customers
- The ability to lead and motivate a team
