**The Company**: Chartered IFA firm based in the Barlborough area just North of Chesterfield who are looking to add an experienced IFA Administrator to their back-office support team. A truly independent financial advice firm who adopt a consultative,tailored approach to financial planning and advice require an experienced financial services professional to join their back-office support team. Core market is private wealth inclusive of investments, pensions, protection & IHT/tax planning work.

**The Role**:A very broad wealth administration support role which is 100% office based, geared around supporting multiple high performing financial advisers working in HNW circles from a technical administration support perspective. Sittingwithin a team of 3 your responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

- General day-to-day administration tasks such as dealing with client enquiries, taking telephone calls, obtaining information from providers and electronic filing.
- Maintaining client information accurately on the firm’s back-office data base and Investment platforms - Keeping compliant paper records for all financial planning services.
- General support to the Director of Operations, Advisers and Paraplanners in servicing clients, including preparation for meetings and individual advisory projects.
- Assist and produce portfolio valuations and keeping relevant client data current and up to date. This requires analytical skills to carefully check figures and ensure that back-office data is correct to provide a client with a clear and accurate report.
- The ability to manage own time and work to deadlines, to take instruction from senior staff and execute tasks as required.

You will support consultants in a whole of market capacity and provide a high-quality service to new and existing individual clients. The role will require you to support both administrators and consultants in their work and be that technical point of contactwithin the back-office.

**The Person**:Will ideally come from an IFA/wealth management background and have exposure to supporting IFA’s/financial advisers in a private wealth environment. You will have wide-ranging knowledge in one of more of the following productareas: investments, pensions, life cover, savings/bonds/ISAs and ideally 2 years’ plus experience in a similar working environment.
