Multi Trade Carpenter

Our Salisbury** **capital unit has successfully secured new works and we are now currently recruiting for **Multi Trade Carpenter/ Kitchen Fitter **to complete essential Kitchen fitting work for our reputable social housing client around Bournemouth area. We cover a vast area around the Wiltshire area, this will be discussed at pre interview stage.

**The Multi Trade Carpenter / Kitchen Fitter role**:

- Ripping out existing Kitchens and fitting plus associated works such as, replacing them with new kitchen units and worktops to a decent quality finish
- Making good to disturbed areas Latex and flooring Kitchen Fitting as per spec and design, tiling of Kitching & grouting
- Completing basic plumbing and finishing works e.g., wall tiling, flooring and painting to a good standard
- Working in occupied properties around customers in their homes, working professionally and considerately, always
- Experience and able to demonstrate competence

**What will you bring as a Multi Trade Carpenter / Kitchen Fitter?**
- Qualified Carpenter/Joiner to an NVQ level 2 or similar professional body is desirable
- Demonstrable experience in all aspects of carpentry and fitting kitchens
- Asbestos awareness
- A proficient level of health and safety awareness and working knowledge
- Excellent communication and customer services skills as you will be conversing with residents
- The ability to work as part of a trade team and by yourself, whilst always working to job completion targets
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, which is essential to undertake the **Multi Trade Carpenter** **/ Kitchen Fitter** - van can be discussed
