We are looking for a hardworking Handyperson (trades assistant) to oversee and manage a wide range of repairs, with in a commercial setting. These tasks include trade skills, repair work, maintenance work and tasks.
We are expecting you to be organized and have good time management skills as well as strong general repair skills. This is a client facing role that requires an energetic and a can-do attitude and approach to the wide and varied tasks to be carried out.
**Typical tasks**:

- Plantroom duties
- Filter changes
- Minor joinery task
- Sprinkler systems
- Tile replacement
- Plant inspection
- Emergency light testing
- Minor plumbing works
- Lighting lamp changes
- Contractor liaison
**Skills**
- Adhering to security guidelines
- Being able to handle customer complaints
