Batch1 is an independent SE-London sustainable clothing brand specialising in made to order graphic t-shirts and sweatshirts selling across multiple online retail platforms as well as a pop-up unit at BOXPARK Shoreditch.

**BATCH1 BOXPARK SHOREDITCH POP-UP SALES ASSISTANT**

**THE ROLE**:
We are looking for a Christmas Sales Assistant to join the team at our pop-up shop located at BOXPARK Shoreditch in the busy run-up to Christmas.

In this hands-on sales role, applicants must love interacting with customers and pride themselves on delivering an excellent, memorable customer experience in store. You will be representing the brand, inspiring customers and ensuring each individual receives the best possible shopping experience and service.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Hands on Sales Assistant role
- Represent the brand
- Be positive, polite and have a can-do attitude at all times
- Quickly develop a thorough knowledge of all products in store
- Assist customers with sizing, fitting and product offering
- Offer great communication
- Packing orders
- Handling payments
- Maintain highest standards on shop floor
- Follow all operational procedures handling and replenishing stock and supplies

Previous retail experience is preferred but not necessary.

Full training will be provided.

**HOURS**

Immediate start.

Applicants must be fully available to work across our busy peak trading period through to Christmas.

Flexibility is key when it comes to working weekends, evenings and holidays as necessary.

Shift work on a Monday to Sunday basis daily including the following:
Saturday 26th November and Sunday 27th November (BLACK FRIDAY)
Saturday 3rd December and Sunday 4th December
Saturday 10th December and Sunday 11th December
Saturday 17th December and Sunday 18th December
Saturday 24th December, Monday 26th, Tuesday 27th December
Saturday 31st, Sunday 1st, Monday 2nd January

Dependent on trade, more hours may become available.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

**Salary**: £6.83-£9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
