We’re recruiting a Quality & Compliance Specialist to join an established International Customer Communication company. The role sits within the Risk, Quality & Compliance area and will play an important role in supporting the design, delivery and developmentof the quality checking and assurance activities. Ultimately this role is for a person who can take responsibility for the implementation and monitoring of the Quality framework

**Salary**: £35,000 - £40,000

The role is 37.5hrs between Monday and Friday, with an office based in Sunderland.

**Role Description**:

- Responsible for quality management within the risk & compliance function with a focus on continuous quality improvement
- Carrying out Quality Checking and Assurance activities
- Ensuring company complies with ISO standards
- Assistance with external audits
- Develop and maintain strong relationship with key stakeholders by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner
- Promote a positive culture of risk and control awareness

**Role Requirements**:
**Essential**
- Experience in a quality role
- Experience dealing with management at various levels
- Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication skills - both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Positive 'can do’ attitude and drive for continuous improvement.
- Excellent Microsoft office skills including SharePoint
