Junior UI Designer

This is an exciting role to work within our design team to assist in a wide array of creative projects from initial concept through to final execution. We are looking for a self-starter who will work hard to bring original ideas and fresh approaches to the design process leaving ego at the door to deliver the best client customer experience.

**What we want from you**:
You can prototype ideas and improve already existing features (sketching, user flows, wireframes), and explain why you arrived at the solution.

You have the ability to upkeep design standards and best practices across projects.

You have an in-depth knowledge and previous experience of mobile UI & UX design for iOS and Android.

You can effectively communicate with various stakeholders and have a solid grasp of the technical aspects of mobile app design.

You have experience working with design patterns and systems, knowing when to re-use an existing component, and when to propose a new solution.

You can effectively collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and deliver customer-centric user journeys that are coherent and easy to use.

You take ownership of your professional development through regular career conversations with your line manager and utilising available resource.

You can receive feedback and iterate your work.

You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
