We’re a fast paced business, always delivering amazing quality and results for our customers, and this warehouse location is no exception. In this role, you’ll be working with the team to provide fork truck training for our warehouse operatives on the Jaguar Land Rover contract.

As part of your key responsibilities you’ll:
- Work as part of a team to ensure our targets are met- Liaise with managers to ensure that training and workplace assessments are completed in line with company policy- Be responsible for delivery of high-quality training through a variety of methods- Take responsibility for the MHE Operators on site- Support investigations following incidents or accidents involving MHE- Conduct risk assessments for MHE activity and ensure hazards are identified and controlled- Develop and maintain SOPs (standard operating procedures) for activities, and highlight where these are not in line with client operating procedures or current practices- Identify any process failure issues and report and remedy them using the lean, problem solving and continuous improvement tools and techniques of The Unipart Way

**About You**- At least one fork lift truck licence is essential- Relevant experience or qualification to RTITB/ITSSAR Instructor standard would be an advantage - if you don’t already have this, we can help you to achieve it- GCSE or equivalent in Maths and English- Great communication skills - speaking, listening, and writing- Good IT skills in Microsoft Office and / or Google Suite- Able to demonstrate proven experience of delivering excellent customer service and understanding customer requirements- We’d love to see some demonstrable experience of working with lean / continuous improvement techniques too if you have that
