**Chartered Building Surveyor**

A professional and growing Building Surveying Consultancy, based in Birmingham, are now looking for a confident and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor to join their high-quality team.

**The Chartered Building Surveyor Role**

The successful Chartered Building Surveyor will be predominantly working within the commercial and residential sector working on a wide range of building surveying jobs including Contract Administration, Building Pathology, Technical Due Diligence and Dilapidations.

You will have the potential to specialise in a specific area as you progress through your career. You will be involved in a supportive environment with excellent opportunities for career progression.

**The Chartered Building Surveyor**
- Ideally MRICS
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Excellent and accurate report writing skills
- Strong experience of working in a pro-active commercial environment
- Knowledge of building contracts
- Able to meet fee targets and generate new business
- Must be a good team player
- Business focused and willing to be involved in business development and building client relationships

**In Return, the Chartered Building Surveyor will receive**:

- £45,000 - £55,000
