ITECCOs continued organic growth has allowed us to expand internationally over the last year and we are recruiting again for a **Technical Recruitment Consultant**ranging from trainees to seniors to **join us in our Manchester office** You will be **specialising in Technology Recruitment** within**:BI, Data & Analytics, Network & Security, Software & Web Development, Infrastructure & Support, Senior & Executive and ERP & CRM**. Coming into ITECCO, **you will be provided with all the necessary tools, resources, and training to be successful in this role.**

A Recruitment Consultants role is **demanding**, **diverse** and **challenging** which involves
- Using **marketing** and **business knowledge** to extend company contacts
- **Evaluating** client needs
- **Advertising** posts appropriately
- **Negotiating terms** of employment
- **Acting as a mentor** to junior consultants
- **Attending recruitment fairs/exhibitions** or other business events to network

This is a challenging and demanding role, but arguably one of the most rewarding In addition to your basic salary, you will earn **uncapped commission up to 25%** from the moment you start doing deals.
