Origo Property Solutions is a property maintenance business that provides its services in and around Bristol.

We specialise in kitchens and bathrooms, but we carry out a wide range of works for the general public as well as in cooperation with landlords and property management companies.

We are hiring a multi trade operative to join us.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a full range of bathroom and kitchen fitting tasks, including demolition, plumbing, tiling, and installation of fixtures and fittings.
- Measure and cut materials to ensure a precise fit.
- Install baths, showers, toilets, sinks, white goods and other bathroom and kitchen components.
- Lay tiles on floors and walls
- Conduct plumbing work, including fitting pipes and drainage systems.
- Install kitchen appliances
- Ensure all work complies with relevant health and safety regulations and building codes.
- Occasionally collaborate with other tradespeople as necessary to ensure the smooth progression of the project.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment, removing waste and debris regularly
- Communicate effectively with the project manager

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in fitting bathrooms and kitchens
- Comprehensive knowledge of bathroom and kitchen fitting processes, including plumbing, tiling, and installation of bathroom fixtures.
- Driving License
- Ability to work independently and in team, manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in plumbing, tiling, or bathroom fitting are desirable.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in renovating bathrooms or kitchen within a single project.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team

**Job Types**: Part-time, Employed or self-employed.

Pay: £105-130/day depends on contract and experience.

- Kitchen Fitting 2 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (must have)

Work Location: Bristol and surrounding area

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Zero hours contract

Pay: £110.00-£130.00 per day

Expected hours: No less than 16 per week
