You will be working with the OpCo Marketing team, to help develop our digital offering - managing our websites and managing and implementing our social media strategy.

We understand the important of flexible working, so offer hybrid working to our team. When in the office, you will can be based either in our Leicester or Adderley Green offices, depending on your location.

**What will you be doing?**
- Continuously updating the six local websites across First South Yorkshire and Midlands, working alongside First Bus web team and the South Yorkshire/Midlands design studio
- Building our social media portfolio and developing following across twitter and Facebook
- Working with local stakeholders to ensure our marketing and social media campaigns reflects the diversity of both our workforce and customer base
- Developing an ongoing CRM calendar and working with First Bus CRM team to implement
- Supporting the Marketing Manager to develop campaigns and other material and integrate this into the digital space
- Working with local teams & the Commercial Team to ensure timely, factual and clear service disruption/change updates
- Providing digital support to the PR team
- Updating mTickets and other app elements, working with the relevant First Bus team
- Providing the Marketing Manager and other members of the Senior Leadership Team with analysis and feedback on activities
