This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the North West & Northern Ireland team working from our Chester office with the option for hybrid working. We have an existing team of 12 Client Relationship colleagues who have a vast range of experience in supportingour Financial Planners and ensuring good client outcomes. We have an Office Administrator and a Client Liaison supporting the team as well.
I am proud to lead a team in such a successful Region and would like you to play a part in its continued success and be part of my Client Relationship team.

**About the role**:
As the Client Relationship Support you’ll be part of a critical team working within a pod of two to three financial planners and one paraplanner to organise time efficiently and maintain a high standard of customer service to all of our clients.

Within this pod you’ll be presenting high quality reports and cases to the financial planners to support them with client meetings and ensure you have a thorough understanding of the Quilter Financial Planning Treat Customers Fairly philosophy and your rolewithin this.

Furthermore, you’ll be required to keep your TCF knowledge up to date through the training we provide and use this to process new business accurately within company SLAs.

**About you**:
To succeed in this post you will need to be organised, proactive and assertive. You will ideally have experience within the financial planning industry to support your understanding of the processes we follow and the products we recommend.

Working well in a team is important, specifically within the NW&NI regional office as the team is very close-knit and often collaborate to produce results. Working individually and managing your own workload (along with your teams’ financial planners) willalso be required as part of the role.
