Private Patient Care Advisor

**Job Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Coordinate patient appointment schedules and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing any questions or concerns regarding their treatment plans on front of house.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with dental staff to ensure all diary zoning is maintained.
- Assist in the Coordination and booking of Oral surgery clinics
- Ensure that all office operations run smoothly, including managing all private clinics and maintaining inventory of office supplies.
- Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry and filing.
**Experience**
- Previous experience in an office environment is essential, preferably within a healthcare or dental setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with patients and team members.
- A compassionate approach towards patient care and a commitment to providing exceptional service are highly valued. Attendance and punctuality is key to progressing and upskilling in this role.
Nursing qualification not essential.
Pay: From £22,880.00 per year
