365 Care Homed Limited an outstanding provider of care in the community now recruiting for Carer's to assist elderly and vulnerable adults in one of our own homes in Clitheroe and surrounding areas. Clitheroe Residential care home is situated at Eshton Terrace, Clitheroe, BB7 1BQ and aim to assist individuals to lead lives of optimal quality, comfort and independence within our homes.

We look after 28 residents in beautifully redecorated facilities spread over two floors.

We also welcome new applicants and provide training and shadowing programme and work towards Care Certificate.

**Roles and responsibilities of the position include**:

- Assisting and accompanying aged and disabled persons during daily activities
- Assisting residents with their mobility
- Assisting residents with their food & drinks
- Assisting in personal hygiene and dressing
- Arranging social activities
- Providing companionship, friendship and emotional support
- Liaising with case manager
- Documenting services provide incidents and/or accidents, time sheets and updating other records
- Participating in training, team meetings, reviews and quality improvement strategies
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as washing, dressing, eating and toileting.

**Essential**
- DBS check/clearance

Salaries:
**Salary**: Starts at 9.50ph
