**Work will be in and around Oxford areas and will initially be on a self employed basis with the possibility of full employment and company vehicle for the right person.**

**You must be capable and competent in the following trades**:painting, minor plastering repairs**,**silicone sealant replacement.

**Position Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
Perform a wide range of skilled tasks across painting trade with works possibly also including additional tasks like silicone sealant replacement.

You will be undertaking anything from full internal redecoration of a full residential properties to minor repair issues. You will ensure high-quality workmanship and compliance with safety standards.

Handle installation, maintenance, and repair tasks with precision and attention to detail.

Collaborate with team members to plan and execute projects effectively and efficiently.

Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries, explaining repair processes, and offering recommendations for improvements.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, both on-site and within the company vehicle.

Prioritise tasks and manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and customer expectations.

Troubleshoot problems as they arise and implement creative solutions to ensure project progress.

**Qualifications**:
Proven experience as a painter and/or multi-skilled tradesman.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to unforeseen challenges on projects.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact professionally with clients and team members.

Flexible availability to accommodate varying work schedules.

Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle to travel to different properties.

Physical fitness to handle the demands of manual labor and working in various environments.

Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, following instructions and collaborating effectively.

Familiarity with safety protocols and regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

**Employment and Hours**:
Initially this role will be on a self employed basis with shifts available for full day (8 hours) or half day (4 hours) of works.

There may be a mix of short duration projects and longer projects available both at long and short notice.

**Job Type**: Freelance

Pay: £19.00-£23.00 per hour
