Best Western Nottingham Derby are an accommodation provider based in Long Eaton.

We are seeking a cook for 18-25 hours per week to join our Food Service Team. Hours available 6.30am - 2.00pm, and may include 5.00pm - 8.30pm. The availability to work weekends is important since days vary from week to week.

There is the possibility to pick up overtime regularly across a breakfast, lunch or dinner shift.

Duties of the role include the preparation of food, setting up and restocking of the buffet, occasionally helping to serving buffet food, maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen, assisting with deliveries, ensuring the correct storage of items, pot washing, and supporting the general kitchen and front of house teams.

What we are looking for in a team member:
Reliability, honesty, punctuality, a strong team player and a can-do attitude. A self-starter who can work on their own without continued supervision.

Previous experience is advantageous, although training will be given on the requirements of the role during induction.
