We are currently seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the assembly process of orders and ensure that the process runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires the supervisor to manage and coordinate the assembly team, which includes setting goals and monitoring performance. The supervisor must also ensure that quality standards are met, that safety regulations are followed, and that any mechanical or technical problems are addressed. Additionally, the Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that there are adequate supplies of consumables needed and maintaining an inventory of labels and totes.

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of assembly workers
- Train new staff in assembly operations and processes
- Schedule picking operations and assign workers to specific tasks
- Ensure sortation and dispatch of goods are done in an efficient and timely manner
- Liaise with the Transport team during dispatch hours
- Monitor picking output and quality
- Address any issues that arise in the assembly process
- Ensure the accurate tracking of output against the requirement, by no orders and volume
- Liaise with the in house Knapp engineers to monitor the efficiency of the asset and report any issues
- Ensure that health and safety meets the required standards and that risk assessments are carried out

**Key Skills**
- Highly motivated and proactive individual
- Previous Warehouse experience and knowledge of WMS
- Highly motivated and proactive individual
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in working in a high-density fast-paced warehouse
- The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Strategic planning

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £35,000.00 per year
