Looking for a new challenge in the **York/Malton** area? Join **Yorkshire Housing**as a Handyperson/Labourer and help us deliver top-quality repairs to our customers

We’re offering **£12.60 per hour (£24,570 per year)** for a **37.5-hour week**, 26 days of annual leave (rising to 31) plus bank holidays, a fantastic pension (up to 9% matched), and perks like retail discounts, a medical cash plan and access to a work van and fuel card (for work use only).

You’ll work with our incredible Repairs team on property repairs, supporting building, joinery, and plumbing tasks, and handling smaller jobs independently.

We’re looking for someone with experience in construction or repairs who has good communication skills, health and safety awareness and the ability to work as part of a team and on your own. If you’re proactive, organised, and keen to learn, we’d love to hear from you
