An international, independent Building Surveying consultancy are looking to add a dedicated Associate Director to their growing team in Manchester.

**The Associate Director role**

This multi-disciplinary consultancy work with owners, occupiers, developers, and funders to help get more out of their real estate.

The main focus within this role is on project management, dilapidations, technical due diligence and develop monitoring within the residential, commercial, logistics and office sectors.

The successful Associate Director will be working on a range of exciting and diverse projects including office fitouts, refurbishments, repairs, and developments of all sizes.

There is a responsibility to oversee other Junior Building Surveyors and have some involvement within the business development so this is a great opportunity for a Senior / Associate Building Surveyor who is looking for the next step in their career.

**The Associate Director**
- A Degree in Building Surveying
- Ideally MRICS
- Project delivery experience
- Ideally experience in one or more of the following; dilapidations, PM, TDD or develop monitoring
- Confident in a client facing role
- Confident managing other members of staff
