**Job Summary**
As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate and high-quality care to individuals through home care services. Your primary responsibility will be to assist clients with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to implement care plans tailored to each individual's needs.

**Responsibilities**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Support clients with mobility and physical activities, ensuring their safety at all times.
- Help with meal preparation and feeding as necessary, promoting healthy eating habits.
- Maintain accurate records of client care and report any changes in their condition to the healthcare team.
- Engage clients in social and recreational activities to enhance their quality of life.
- Drive clients to appointments or social outings when required, ensuring their comfort during travel.
- Collaborate with other staff members to develop and review individual care plans regularly.
- Ensure that the living environment is clean, safe, and conducive to the well-being of all residents.

**Skills**
- Previous experience in a home care setting is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans accurately.
- Basic IT skills for maintaining records and communicating effectively within the team.
- A valid driving licence is preferred for transporting clients as needed.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are essential qualities for this role.
