**The Opportunity**

We're offering the opportunity to join our Operations department as a Technical Analyst. You will play a pivotal role in providing technical support to Diligenta customer service teams for manual calculations and other technical processes. This is also anexcellent opportunity to gain project experience, providing guidance and support.

**You'll be**:

- Using existing processes to address and resolve technical calculation queries from customers
- Checking and validating figures, data and information for accuracy and comprehensiveness to support internal and external customers
- Supporting project teams through the provision of technical support to ensure that calculations and deliverable requirements are accurate and relevant
- Assisting in providing confirmation that calculations and figures are correct when new systems are set up or existing systems are amended
- Raising and explaining any technical problems to the project team that are encountered during testing, providing support for resolution where possible
- Have previous Financial Services sector experience
- Possess good mathematical knowledge (either via higher education or from previous roles)
- Have excellent knowledge of Excel and Word
- Are a strong team player
- Have the ability to work on own initiative
- Have good written and verbal communication skills
- Previous manual calculations experience (desirable, not but essential)
- previous Life and Pensions experience (desirable, but not essential)
